APSCE provides opportunities to the students to discover and develop their innate talents through conduct of regular cultural and literary events. 'Manthan' the cultural forum of the college takes the initiative and prepares the students for participating in inter-collegiate competitions, events, etc.

The students are also sensitised to the issues that concern the society through organising of blood-donation camps, visits to rural areas, NSS camps etc.
